JIM HARBAUGH | Being a Leader for Elite Atheltes

Jim Harbaugh is the Head Football Coach for the University of Michigan. Coach Harbaugh played in the NFL for 14 seasons before dedicating himself to coaching. Jim was head coach of Stanford, San Diego and the San Francisco 49ers before returning to his Alma Mater, the University of Michigan.  In this episode Meg and Dr. G learn about creating meaningful relationships with players in order to promote success on and off the field.
