Racism in the United States has been a difficult topic to breach for those in and outside of the world of sports. Discussing race and racism often makes people uncomfortable, and yet the evidence that racism endures is overwhelming and that it causes numerous problems. Dr. G and Meg define some key terms related to race and discuss them in light of how they affect the sport experience. How do we do better as administrators, coaches, parents, and teammates?
